How to Get Started

1. Register your Synchrony credit card account online.1

  1. Go to mysynchrony.com or open the MySynchrony Mobile App2 and click Register.
  2. Enter your Synchrony account number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your birth date. Click Continue.
  3. Verify your account information.
  4. Set up your profile (you can enroll in eStatements here).
  5. Receive a confirmation message.

2. Add Payment Methods

When you enter payment methods, you can make same-day payments, schedule up to 12 payments in advance or sign up for automatic monthly payments.
  1. Log in to your account and click Profile in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Banking Information from the drop-down menu.
  3. On the next screen, click Add Payment Method.
  4. Enter your bank account number and routing number. Click Add Account.
  5. Receive a confirmation message.

3. Enroll in eStatements

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the Activity section, click on eStatements — Off.
  3. On the Statements page, click Enroll Now.
  4. In the pop-up under Statement Delivery Method, click eStatements.
  5. Verify that the displayed email address is correct.
  6. Read the terms and conditions, then select Submit.
  7. Receive a confirmation message.

Yes. Log in then click Statements on the home page, then select change your statement delivery method.

We will send an email notification when your eStatement is ready. For your security, we do not email eStatements.

Yes, it is a PDF file of the paper statement. However, your account number will not be displayed on your electronic billing statement.

To ensure you continue to receive the emails you have requested, add our email address to your address book. Follow the directions for your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email program. If you do not have access to those directions, you will need to designate us as a “Trusted Source”. This is typically accomplished by adding our "From Address" (i.e. example@domain.com) to your address book, contact list, or Safe List.

No, for your protection we send an email notice that your eStatement is ready for viewing. The email notice you receive will contain a link to your online account. When you access the link you will need to Log in, and then click on the Statements Quick Link to view, print or download your eStatement.

Check your eStatement delivery method using the Statements Quick Link. Keep in mind that you may have enrolled in eStatements when you registered your account. You may also want to validate your mailing address to ensure we have the correct address on file.
